Welcome to Caring and Healing LLC! My name is Diana Lleras and my goal is to help clients develop the skills and tools necessary to accomplish a life worth living and optimal wellness. I do my best to adapt to an anti-racist, neurodiverse, and gender-affirming space. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have been providing psychotherapy since 2014.  My areas of specialty include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, Brainspotting, Internal Family systems, Exposure response prevention, Nature-based therapy, Somatic informed therapy, Solution-focused and Trauma-focused CBT. I use these interventions in the treatment of trauma, personality disorders, mood-related disorders, anxiety, grief, substance use disorders, and other concerns. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

Mi meta es crear un espacio queue afirma el antiracismo, la neurodiversidad y la diversidad de genero. Soy una consejera profesional licenciada en el estado de Georgia.
